Your Klasha account is always secure. We are committed to protecting your money here at Klasha and your account has the highest standards of security available. At Klasha, we ensure that you’re always in control of your security with a login and transaction PIN of your choice. You also have the option to activate biometric authentication - face ID or thumbprint to give your account an extra layer of security.

Here are other ways we prioritise your security:

  1. Control of cards: You can enable and disable your virtual cards quickly and securely. You can also create new ones from within your Klasha mobile app.
  1. Detailed spending summary: For every transaction carried out on Klasha, an e-receipt summarizing the details of the transactions including date, amount and time is sent to your email. It can be easily downloaded and shared at any time.
  1. Account privacy: We go the extra mile to ensure that we never expose your account balance to third parties. We have created secure features to make this possible such as our sham balance, which allows you to prevent intruders from prying into your real balance by inputting a preferred account balance versus your real balance. You can also turn on the hide balance feature which automatically hides your account balance.
  1. Instant notifications: We send real-time alerts whenever a transaction is made, that way you are in the know every time.
